Class Response

In class, we have been learning about ecology for a long time. Some of the things I have learned are:     1. A biosphere is the whole world and it is the biggest of the 5 levels of environmental graphic organizer.

            2. There are 3 forms of symbiosis: commensalism, mutualism and parasitism 

            3. Food chains and food webs are different. Food chains are just some animals, but food webs are all of the food chains overlapping each other.

On  the internet I found out 2 new facts: 1. There are many different types of jobs in ecology like, ecologists, ecotoxicologists, environmental economists, environmental consultants, science writers and many for.

2. The food chain always starts with the sun for the producers to get their energy. 

My opinion on this is that ecology is very important to the world because it helps us learn about the world and how we can make it better.
